3) eat well, sleep well and yet write not so Simple exam.
4) study for 75 questions and then end up filling the blanks.
bravo further added that the movie hurts our nation's sentiment. While kotla stadium has brought shame to the nation, Ruchika ka ek DIG ne chamatkar (pun intended) kiya and in copenhagen climate change summit there was no major decisions that would give us some sunshine how can the movie say that " Aal izz well" .
bravo was so hurt with the movie that he immediately went on to websites which has rated the movie well and started downloading the movie's posters which had college ragging scenes cos he was able to relate those ragging incidents to his pictures floated recently to BH residents. Hail bravo..!!

Why Bravo didnt Pre-read "Good year" Case

When one of a good boy (name witheld on request) asked bravo the reason for him not reading the "good year" case for the next good marketing class, bravo cited following good reasons:

1) This year 2009 has been very tough beginning from PFC to NSE visit and since in his life till now this has NOT been a good year so he will not read this case.
2) 2009 being an year of economic turmoil how can he read a case which has such a contrasting heading.
3) While both "balbir pasha" and "good year" case is related to a product made of rubber, balbir's product created more value for him than tyres.

When the world is celebrating Sachin Tendulkar's 20 glorious years in cricket, Bravo sits in the ADMAP class perplexed, confused and angry as he is not able to concentrate on the value additions being given by UN.
Bravo is asked as to why he was so worroid.
Bravo says, that he is not able to understand that why all the newspapers and internet sites have been talking about Sachin tendulkar. Surprised at his thought as to why he thinks that why we should not celebrate his success, Bravo answers that "Sachin has not done anything great as he has been paid for what he has done for the country...."

Force India in danger, bravo plans to sue Mallya

When bravo told his intention to sue Vijay mallya some of his close SP friends were surprised and without any hestation they dared to ask bravo the reason for this. Bravo told that it was because of vijay mallya starting this racing team that yesterday his email box was filled with 21 new (but similar) text (?) emails. bravo's friends were shocked and they tried to come to mallya's rescue by telling bravo that he should blame SP's participants and not mallya for his email box being spammed.
To this bravo reasoned that on sueing mallya return/risk ratio is higher than lodging a case against his fellow participants. He believes that mallya may return (or pay) him with kingfisher models (not aeroplane models) and it will be also lesser risk cos any dispute with SP's fellows may lead to another post about his kartoots in this blog.

Bravo is sure that sound travels much faster provided two conditions apply - it is marketing session in div b and R.A. is present for marking the effectiveness of ur DCP. In the course of discussion bravo devises a strategy for Tanishq Inc. and suggests them to tie-up with Saffola oil. He believes that with every purchase of gold from tanishq one litre of saffola oil should be given for free as doctors recommend that consumption of this oil keeps one's heart healthy and hence it will be easy for tanishq to capture indian women's heart. Hail bravo! Now we know why SPJIMR did no mistake by selecting him for marketing SPecialization.

Think "Globally" Think Like "Bravo"

It was "Consumer Behaviour" session in marketing course at SP when the faculty discussed about sudden changes in consumer behavior of MEN in India by sighting an example of fairness cream "Fair and Handsome". Bravo agreed and disagreed to this fact presented by faculty and sighted a major reason in post session discussion at bistro. with a short smile on his face bravo said that he has a genuine argument against the views of faculty but did not tell in class due to two reasons:
1. Presenting any argument in Div B is as dangerous as sending abhyudaya assignment to whole batch.
2. Bravo's intrinsic motivation for DCP - Marketing R.A. was not present in class.

Bravo was humble enough to share his views with his close friends who honestly communicated this information to the author of this post. Bravo says that Indian Men always tend to follow a role model and that presence of sharukh khan in "fair and handsome" advt. have helped them capture market share. However, now with Barack Obama given the Noble Peace Prize, Indian men would look at him as a role model and stop using "fair and handsome" and demand for a creams to make one tanned would increase. Bravo immediately thought of forcefully entering in "Bar Camp" session and share his enterprising business opportunity idea to the aspiring businessmen. However, active members of ENTRECOM smartly undertook their "Strategic Task" as per ADMAP guidelines and stopped bravo from entering in Bar Camp session.
Bravo wins our heart as he finds link between Nobel peace Prize and consumer behaviour. Hail bravo!!!

Bravo disagrees with Unmaad

On 6th oct most of the bravo's friends had their Gtalk status "SP conquers bangalore", "SP wins at Unmaad" or "The world is no more bangalore, the world is SP" etc. the last one touched bravo's sentiment and robotics tears started oozing out from his peacock eyes (divychakshu). Bravo expressed his concern to one of his roomie(as always name witheld again) about Unmaad having the tagline as "the world is bangalore" and people putting their status msgs regarding world and SP. Bravo said that " It took 6 years for columbus to infer that The world in Round; Thomas Friedman took 2 years to write the book The world is flat and how can these people at Unmaad without any proper analysis decide that The world in Bangalore". Bravo further expressed his cognitive dissonance towards his friends who claimed "The world is now SP" in their gtalk status messages. Bravo reasons that with campuses only in dubai and singapore how can these people be so foolish to say that the world is SP. Without wasting any further time Bravo wrote an email to Acadcom@SP with a suggestion to start SPJIMR campuses in greenland, antartica, alaska and Maldives so that his friend's claims of "the world is SP" can be justified. Bravo Gears up for OB end term

Bravo scored 10 in one of the OB quiz and one of his roomie used Email (Vigyaan as per bravo) to congratulate him wid a lil sarcasm. And here is the copy of mail that bravo replied to his roomie:
Dear Sourav,

The Greatest "PJ" by His excellency !!!

It was macroeconomics session. A girl sitting beside bravo(name withheld) was very unhappy with RBI deciding on so many regulations. Confused she turned to bravo and asked a very simple question:
What all does this RBI regulate? There are so many.
Bravo wanted to sooooolve her problem and so he started telling a summary of all the things RBI controls. Bravo said RBI controls CRR, interest rate, currency rate and our macroeconomics grade. The last point shocked all of us who were listening to bravo gyaan but HE (?) had a very convincing 2 inches smile on his face. Puzzled one of us asked him how RBI controls our macro grade to which bravo said that in almost all macro quizzes 8/10 questions on an average are based on RBI so unless and until you know RBI well, you are bound to end with a poor grade.

Ans. bcos Bravo believes that consumption of alcohol a night before may improve his turnover in french paradox.
Why bravo was unhappy with today's QM paper?
Ans. bcos bravo says that in the recent world of technological development (when there are vaccum cleaners) how can one even think of starting a Broom Business.

Why Bravo dint collect DAS xerox?

Bravo asked one of his roommate(name withheld) if he has collected DAS xerox. Roomie said "yes" and bravo decided not to collect the xerox. The roomie asked the reason and bravo says " U see bcoz of all dis xerox our room has got filled and hence to save space in room i have decided not to collect DAS xerox".
And now we know why bravo got centum in OM quiz on "facility layout and planning"

Bravo's Regressive Introspection

Bravo has turned into a practical person(thanks to costing sessions); after finishing the QM case with his ACAD group bravo realised that if you take "Framework for analysing work group" (Bravo shravans pre-reads) as a dependent variable than the independent variable involved in your acadgroup would be - Gender Mix in ur group, No. of placom members and frequency of bravo skipping Grp wrk. Bravo carried the regression with appropriate tools and arrived at following results:

Gender Mix - p value - 0.000
Placom - p value - 2.400
Skipping Gr wrk - p value - 0.050

Bravo concludes that 50-50 gender mix in his acadgroup is the variable that contributes most to his efficiency (p-value - 0.000). bravo analyses "framework for work group" - you need high gender mix for improving bravo's efficiency in group.

Bravo Upset on " Chain Mails "

Bravo was writing abhyudaya assignment when he got a email, followed by 20 more. The whole of BH was enjoying while bravo silently exhibited his annoyance over all this. When samira took him to a Kinara(corner) and asked bravo the reason for his silence. This is what bravo had to say:

" despite most of us attending dean's session so many times i dont know why people are doing all this. What she has done by fwding her assignment is " I for them"; but the MBA batch of our college has still not Internalised "Jai Jawan, jai Kishaan, Jai Vigyaan". There was one Jawan who finished her assignment and was brave enough to share (I for us) it across using vigyaan (email), still a few of us behaved like a Kishaan by ploughing effort in Unproductive activity"

Bravo on Swine flu..

"going to class everyday, keeps swine flu away".. this is bravo's latest observation to which one of our engineer friend asks "wats the logic behind this?". bravo has a very simple and layman's explanation. Bravo says "as per the latest data available, in our college more than 40% of participants are suffering with viral fever,dengue or typhoid. so if u go to college there is a high probability that you may get infected with any one of these diseases. And now that you are already infected with one virus, do you think H1N1 virus is jobless to fight with the other virus and then cause swine flu to you."
Wooaah !! So simple but none of us happened to think that even Viruses have brain :(

Robotic Tears --> Part 2

9th, August: Bravo backs himself to board the train again, relinquishing the thoughts of his previous experiences (check the previous posts).

However, Bravo can't resist retrospecting the heroic act of having saved the girls the last time in train by shedding volumenous tears.

And then.. this mere thought brings the robotic tears in Bravo to ooze out of his binocularly eyes. Well, as always... Bravo finds help. He is presented with nappies :)
