How can I motivate myself & others?
I motivate myself by reading industry integration committees email. I learn, Unlearn and then relearn. I also teach people to do this as i am part of this committee.
What outcome do I value the most while working on a task?
I dont know cos before i create any value i only keep asking myself "what value and for whom"
Do I understand the power of my expectations on others?
I always live upto other's expectations. I keep doing something that helps others to update this blog.
Am I a conflict avoider or a conflict manager?
I am a conflict creator.
Does the presence of others affect my performance?
Not until i came here and found 42% people affecting me badly.
What do you see from your FIRO - B scores?
That it should have been spelt as "FIRE - OB" scores.
