Bravo Gears up for OB end term
Bravo scored 10 in one of the OB quiz and one of his roomie used Email (Vigyaan as per bravo) to congratulate him wid a lil sarcasm. And here is the copy of mail that bravo replied to his roomie:
Dear Sourav,
I can see that you are beginning to develop psychological symptoms of stress. This cognitive component of your negative attitude will set the stage for the affective component, which will influence your behaviour. You have shown signs of emotion and stress through speaking randomly in your sleep in class and sobbing uncontrollably under the desk, with the excuse of tying your shoe laces or connecting your LAN cord. Please let this emotion not affect your mood. Sometimes, I can see great emotional conflict when you smile when you are actually feeling sad. I can see that this overt concern over your OB marks is affecting your core self evaluation. Maybe, this is my perception. Perhaps I am making a fundamental attribution error – I don’t know. I think you are capable of scoring more marks in OB. Just be in my company and I’m sure the Halo effect will do you good. I have great expectations of you and hope that this Pygmalion effect will cause your performance to improve. Through bounded rationality, you can reduce your problem to a level that you can deal with, thereby finding a solution that is satisficing. I understand that you are facing a problem in the fourth level of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and OB marks are one of the hygiene factors affecting your motivation. Please do not let marks affect your joy of studying. I understand cognitive evaluation is causing a great mental conflict. I will ensure that I give you extrinsic verbal rewards for each incremental mark you score. Let this one instance not affect your self concordance. I will speak to the other OB experts in class, and together, as a team, we will form, storm, norm and perform and help you set goals and manage you by objectives, thereby making you a participatory decision maker. I hope that this will improve your self efficacy. You can always learn from me through vicarious modelling. Please do not use the Equity Theory to compare your results with mine. You will only perceive inequity. Instead, use the Self Inside concept to understand if this is only with OB or other subjects as well. As a person of high emotional intelligence, I empathise with you and want to help you out. However, as an intuitive decision maker, I feel that only you can help yourself. This is my knowledge based trust in your abilities.
God bless you!

The Greatest "PJ" by His excellency !!!
It was macroeconomics session. A girl sitting beside bravo(name withheld) was very unhappy with RBI deciding on so many regulations. Confused she turned to bravo and asked a very simple question:
What all does this RBI regulate? There are so many.
Bravo wanted to sooooolve her problem and so he started telling a summary of all the things RBI controls. Bravo said RBI controls CRR, interest rate, currency rate and our macroeconomics grade. The last point shocked all of us who were listening to bravo gyaan but HE (?) had a very convincing 2 inches smile on his face. Puzzled one of us asked him how RBI controls our macro grade to which bravo said that in almost all macro quizzes 8/10 questions on an average are based on RBI so unless and until you know RBI well, you are bound to end with a poor grade.
Hail bravo!!!
